CPU/Mobo Gigabyte MA785GMT-US2H?

As MA785GMT USB3 is unavailable with many dealers, is 785GMT US2H a good alternate for AMDX2 555BE processor? The US2H mobo + 555BE processor is quoted at Rs10400/-

If I want to use my nvidia 9600GT card (for general purpose), is there any mobo which can save me money but supports other features (other than graphics) of 785GMT US2H?

US2H is a good board too. It has almost all features of -USB3.
Just bought one for a friend.

Price drop. Gigabyte MA785GMT-US2H just 4.6k in SMC.

So the combo price should be 9.5k (4.9k for PII X2 555BE and 4.6k for mobo)
