The utility has simple UI through which one can block specific USB devices . like blocking use of USB pen-drives in an office or blocking the use of joystick or gamepads in schools , while still allowing USB keyboard and mouse to be used .

The utility is available for free download here , its currently supports Intel Z77 , H77 , B75 and H61 chipset based motherboards on Windows 7 32bit and 64 bit OS .

does it block the ports or the devices? i mean if only the port is blocked instead of the device, a smarty will just unplug it and put it in next available port to use his device.

Edit: found this in the source
You simply select the class of USB device that you would like to block, enter the password, select to block or unblock and you're done. Devices classes that are blocked will subsequently be ignored by the Windows 7 OS

it blocks a whole device class, so that particular type of device cant connect to the system.

I know this technology,
It will allow you to use usb ports with predefined profiles having device ID's means usb port can recognize only those devices whose device ID's are saved by Admin of pc.
