I've been using the Fusion Power for close to a year and havent nicked myself even once.

I had bought the fusion power for around 25 CA$ and have stopped using it. My brother uses it now. I am back to Mach 3.

Never used M3 but Fusion is pretty good. The blades however are pretty expensive.

The trick to using the fusion well is first using the "trimmer" or the single blade across your skin, and then following it up with the main blades (the 5 ones).
Been using one since December. Good to know I can at least buy the blades in India now, LOL.
