Hello,
Need a solution for kids exams.
They have ICT practical exams thar consists of output from MS Office apps, Excel files, word document, ppt and access reports, query etc. windows web expression and website authoring.

My physical hardware printer died today, is there anyway, we can try to give output/results from those files/tasks to pdf files?

Something which works like alternative to physical printer?

All MS document editors have an option to export the document as pdf

Ctrl+P, under select printer, you have the option save as PDF. You can choose the pages to print (save) and then choose the location to save as well.

This can be done from all applications that allow printing in Windows.

Another option is to directly save as PDF as mentioned by hitomi

Is this what you're asking or have I not understood the question correctly?
