Ctrl+P, under select printer, you have the option save as PDF. You can choose the pages to print (save) and then choose the location to save as well.
This can be done from all applications that allow printing in Windows.
Another option is to directly save as PDF as mentioned by [USER=116453]hitomi[/USER]
