A quick scan through the jonnyGURU review clearly shows this for a good VFM PSU. Essentially a single rail PSU. Which is a GOOD THING BTW.

All seasonics are basically the same design... internally there are two rails but there's on over voltage protection so potentially one rail can supply upto the rated 12V max.
