The Reliance GSM coverage is pathetic in Chennai.... most of the areas are not covered. More over we cannot make use of netbanking to recharge reliance GSM. If Reliance have to be market leaders it cannot be done only with the plan options, it has to develop in terms of network coverage, customer support...

same with Tata indicom, though they slash rates, their network is good only in metros... in roaming... complete no no .... no coverage at all
 
But its good that these small players slash their rates, there by bringing down the rates of industries best service providers....

Indirectly Docomo is helping the public to pay less for their mobile services
