Logically either of one thing should happen;

The founded date is 2004 as you can not join a forum unless it is founded.
If we want to consider 2005 as the founding year; Its time to change mods (and other member too) joining date in their profile to 2005; for the same reason mentioned above.

Another way to look into it is;

what if TE name is changed again; should it change the joining dates as well; well no BUT than the question should be; when was this forum was *named* as TE ( named, not formed; it was indeed formed in 2004 but renamed to TE in 2005). Now if tomorrow we rename it; that will not change the founding year; does it?

I just wish if i get the card . Its been like 4 to 5 years since have done some serious gaming on PC . Xbox 360 / PS3 have all changed that .
Now even CS would be there on consoles . Its a dream come true .
 
^ if you havent gamed on a PC for the last 4-5 years, (which has seen the release of games with the most eye-candy) you dont deserve to win this card. Just stick to being a couch gamer. :P

Will be 3 years next month since I've joined TE, I am closely monitoring the blood related and the near dear ones, let's see who gets it.

That does not change it. For instance one may have found a company and had become a CEO of that from Ist day. In company's record his date of joining can not be prior to the first day. isn't it?

I just do not found the explanation logical, I am happy to loose by considering the question was "When was it named as TE". Either this or the join dates have bug. :P
 
I actually found the year by a crazy way..I googled "Tech enclave date of birth" And a thread posted in 2009 from tech enclave showed up with the title "4th year anniversary"..You should now know how I arrived at the right year! ;)
 
Me too got the DOB of techenclave by a google search. I got the info that Techenclave was formed on 02 Feb 2005 at 11:16:54 and will expire on 02 Feb 2017 at 11:16:54.
