goin to buy 6630??need help

well i m not fida on this fone.......but since se doesnt support edge...and if the new 810 does...it would b outside my budget............
so planning to go for this one frm alph mumbai probably.......
nyone has ny idea wht is the present cost of it????
i m goin with 12.8k as per 1 persons post........

i need help regarding the accessories i must buy with this phone in order to connect it with internet(ill b using mobile office service of airtel......not much idea abt it presently)

ill b looking most of all for wireless interface.....so wht r the stuffs i need????
is it bluetooth dongle????....r they fast or effective enough as the usb cables used to connect????

also whts the present cost of 512mb RS-DV-MMC and 1gb one.....also does alpha offer bargains...as i have bought psp earlier but they hardly reduced the price by a single penny
 
get 6270 it supports bluetooth 2.0 while 6630 1.2 2.0 = more apis more profiles .. wireless stereo and a lot of stuffs.. plus if u care less about the showing off softwares i prefer nokia series 40 second edition [6230i] or 3rd edition [6270/6280] to be better 3rd edition really rocks though i dunno how tht slider is gonna function cuz i dont like the design but 6630 too feels like a frog in hands .. u can get 6230i too :) i am using it dont expect too much high figh from its camera rest everything simply rocks .. camera pics are like 6630 only 1.3 mp :)
 
i am using mobile office trust me .. IT SIMPLY ROCKS I USE INTERNET THROUGH MOBILE OFFICE 24/7 MY SPEED IS 177.4 KBPS edge class 6 it just rocks ... my handset never heats up and bla bla bla also 6270/6280 internal memory is less ..but 6630/6230i it is 32 mb :)

What are the max speeds EDGE allows, theoretically??:S
So do i go for 6230i or wait for those UMTS something phones??:S :ashamed:
 
well if ur in delhi u can wait mtnl laucnhed 3g only in delhi else forget it :P 6230i supports edge upto 236.4 kbps thats edge class :) pretty damn good speed i think for normal use.

Do speeds possible for phones with EDGE vary from model to model or only network dependent??

fine dude.....theoretically edge speed is 236.8 kbps whereas gprs max speed is 48kbps....but practically u get ard 10-13 kBps on edge(i guess)....

again now i m confused as 6270 doesnt support 3g (384kbps max speed) too..........
 
magnet ur wrong want some screenshots? ;) ege class 6 downloading at more than 170 kbps :D it depends how far u r from the tower magnet the actual theoritical speed is 384.6 kbps but attainable is 236.4 and if they gives u edge class 12 u'll definitely get around more than 220 kbps .. upload is kinda slow though .. and bikey its network dependent .. and magnet i use gprs too in another set .. it s gprs class 10 its always 10 kbps means 10*8 = 80 if it drops maximum to 7 at times :) totally network dependent and weather conditions

well to counter u there I love the design of the 6630, nice hips baby :P ...U got small hands??? :bleh:

And its pretty fast...I didn't like the 6600 design though.
