I am not sure what issues you are facing. May be for once do a complete restore and see if it fixes everything.

I also observed the weak wifi signal strength thing yesterday... my ipad mini detects no signal at the same place in my house where iphone5 detects moderate signal...

Btw what case have you bought ?
Aluminum panel is too slippery to hold.

I normally use it at home (on the sofa/bed) so no case yet, had bought Croma leather sleeve cover along with the ipad (it also functions as a make shift tablet stand)...
 
I converted some videos from avi and then drag dropped it into itunes. It even plays in itunes.
But when I try to symc it with my ipad , I get a message saying " This filde cannot be found" .
What do I do?
Also after copying to itunes and syncing it to ipad , if I delete the files from PC or move it to another location/folder , will I lose the file in ipad?
 
^ do you "want to" convert videos from avi to mp4? If you just want to stream it from your laptop or something, then you should use OPlayer HD.
And do you have any sort of browser crash happening on the mini? How about auto reload?
 
If I buy a 15$ case from eBay.com with 15$ shipping. Total 30$. Will I be paying anything extra for customs? Or will I end up paying only the same in inr?
