Storage Solutions gonna buy 1 TB internal hdd tomo need help.......urgent

guys tomo i m gonna buy 1 tb hdd for my desktop ..........since my 500gb seagate is dead for the 2nd time.....i m planning to get western digital....guys tell me which is best western digital or seagate 1tb and the price of the 2 hdd in chennai..and their service center in chennai ...i know seagate is there in chennai...what abt western digital?????.....pls help
 
ATM Seagate 7200.12 drive is the best for 1TB Capacity,it's also VFM.

at around 3.2k it's the only 1TB drive with 7200 RPM..

so,my vote goes to Seagate 7200.12 eyes closed.
 
got the 1 tb Seagate 7200.12 for rs.2950....but dealer said this hdd has only 3 years warranty....and even i checked seagate site....and even it was saying the same...till sep 2013..........
