Good 1-on-1 games

well lookin for good 1 on 1 titles for psp / pc like tekken street fighter series , always wondering what good titles were available n anybody who know of em post back:hap2:

Well, I too was desperate for some good 1-on-1 games for the PC that are not of the DOS prehistoric era (since most of those write directly to video buffers and hence have compatibility issues under Win XP with the new Graphics Cards).

I did find some half decent games for the PC though

Mythic Blades: - + Good graphics and game Play, - Very few characters to choose.

Virtua Fighter 1 & 2: - + Good game play, - Outdated, Compatibility issues

Last Bronx: + Good game play, - Frequent crashes under Win XP.

Guilty Gear X2 Reload: + Good collection of characters and game play, - Dated 2D Graphics

M.U.G.E.N: +Free extensible 1 - on - 1 Game Engine, Loads of user made Characters, - 2D Graphics

Street Fighter Alpha 3 MAX

DBZ Shin Budokai or Shin Budokai 2 Another Road (they're basically almost the same thing with different menu styles and some few added characters)

Mortal Kombat : Unchained

Tekken Dark Resurrection

Marvel Nemesis: Rise of the Imperfects

i guess no real good 1 on 1 games on pc, the last good one was mortal kombat 4 or somethin i guess

since ill be gettin a psp this week , i guess most of them 1 on 1 will be on psp, thanks for the suggestions

If you like sports game there is always the EA series of FIFA, NBA, NFL, NHL that can be played two player with a controller.

And of course the mother of them all PES6.

Mortal Kombat 4, dunno if its mortal kombat:unchained but its a great game. i play it like hell.
