Good alternative yo Windows Task Scheduler ??

The worst piece of software in the various version of windows is the Task Scheduler. Its slow, consumes much RAM and fails to do things and hangs the machine often. Please someone suggest a good alternative to it.

P.S. - looking for a freeware.
