Kids playing video games is not something new to our country. I remember my first Nintendo Entertainment System which was given to me when I was merely four. I also remember that I always had other kids from the neighbourhood trying to surpass my scores in Super Mario Brothers which implies that these video games were quite popular among the middle to upper class society. Not everyone owned a console but they sure as hell did know about them. PC games have been around for a very long time too.
