Any more suggestion , something unique but useful (unlike digital picture frame).

Last year I gave her an MP3 player, this time I am totally out of ideas as she doesn't have anything missing.

Gift her some dress / fashion accessory / bag / cosmetic / perfume that she has been wanting to get for sometime. You can get reasonably good stuff in these categories in 2K.
 
Greet her with a rose on d 'day'... Take her for lunch/dinner.. Spend some quality time together.. This will make her day..

Or else if you want to stick with gifts only and ready to go with jewellery, then I would suggest this. (I actually gifted this on my friend's b'day
