Good hardware monitor application

i want a good hardware monitor application. I have Intel desktop utility which came with my Intel board but when this app is installed windows takes much time to start.
so can you guys suggest a good software by which i can monitor my hardware without much difference in performance.
 
PCWIZARD

start the whole programme. it is like sandra only . a lot of benchy,s etc.

minimize the programme and u get a totally NON-DISTURBING system monitor.
