Good Idea Recharge Voucher Dealer/Distributor in Chennai?

I am looking for a particular recharge voucher, the Rs.8 3G voucher, in bulk, for personal use and I want a dealer or distributor who can get me those, they are really hard to find because most people don't seem to keep such small denominations.
Any help is highly appreciated, thank you

Just check which of the online recharge sites give the same. If mobikwik/paytm have them then it would be good (put about 80 bucks in online cash) + you could get discounts to the tune of 5~10%. They also have apps for android.
 
Don't they allow you to activate the same from the existing balance? (as vodafone and others do, like you dial *121*8# and get the plan activated and the balance automatically deducted from existing balance)
 
I just tried it and after a couple of unsuccessful attempts it finally worked!

However, it only gives me 20 minutes instead of 30 from a voucher, don't know why.

Paytm is really good for recharges. I did recharge of rs 9 for 30 min call pack 3 times back to back!!
