Email notification for thread subscription works fine. Will try out the control panel one. Like someone already told you when you asked this earlier, we're now back to the original vB forum software, so IPB functionality should not be expected. Since the "gamers" are having a hard time comprehending this, its like firing up Doom 3 and asking where the M4A1 is :P

Only you guys (admins) can understand the pain and complications of managing the website. I didn't know about the lawsuit n all. I hope this website again becomes easy-to-use for me as it was before. Thanks anyways.

Sorry for asking if this issue has been addressed before but can you please clarify as to why have all the previous thread subscriptions disappeared? Is it possible and if so then will they be restored?

No it doesnt :S If it did, it would not resolve to that 'TechEnclave - Home' text because the home page title in IPB was different. Clear your browser cache maybe.

I can't update my avatar :( I tried uploading it here itself and using remote url as well. But it is not updating. Avatar is 100x100 and like 10kb in size. I deleted current avatar (deleted successfully) but after I uploaded new avatar, it is showing old my old avatar again.

Same in my case.It updates but the image is blank.
Even same with my signature
I guess gif images should work,right?

Still here are few pending concerns...
  1. The gallery is read-only as of now and it also shows in Show-off forum. Can it be editable to alter or add more images in future in gallery section? Guess we lost all other fellow pics within our galleries....:P
  2. What about previous good age-old subscribed threads? cant those be back into our profiles? :(
  3. The iTrader option under Itrust shows a blank page. Do correct it.
  4. And yeah what about Vehicle gallery? Is it ever going to show up on te? cant that be included in our rig galleries in some sub-section?

I am still struggling with my Avatar. @Renegade - We can't update Avatar. Maybe a bug or database problem. When I upload upload any avatar, it shows me old one. Even if I delete my current avatar and re-upload new one.

1. It is not read only, you can edit your gallery anytime. A thread gets created automatically for every gallery in the Show-Off forum. No the other pics are not lost. I am porting them manually as I am getting time.

3. Please post a screenshot so that it is easy to understand.
4. Unfortunately there does not exist a good Garage for VB. I have created a Garage subsection in the Gallery. Anyone can create any number of galleries so yes you can create a separate gallery for your Vehicles.

I see 2 different avatar when at home and at work something with caching

I have 2 suggestions for Forum admins:

  • Remove the suffix of "posted from device via tapatalk". It appears ugly and is totally unnecessary.
  • Either disable image from sig or at least limit it to small images. Large images uselessly eat the bandwidth and serve no purpose. Also limit font size in sig; big fonts appear odd.
  • If reputation bar can be removed below the dp; if a member really needs to see he can visit profile of the specific member. Plain is best.

Above suggestions may contradict with the policies of the admins, so take it as just my 2 cents please. :)

A reply here would be most appreciated Safin.

Also Renegade, we are able to rep posts in GT section:no2:. That's not good.

EDIT: GT posts are being counted as well :O.

1. Not in our control. It is controlled at the device end. We can disable tapatalk support at best.
2. Please report the posts which have these huge sigs. We will ask the user to update the sig as we have been doing in the past.
3. Not everyone wants it that way.

Yes we are aware. Posts are getting counted everywhere and you can rep everywhere too. This is somewhere at the bottom of our todo list.
