Good online store for ordering Gifts

Plz.. suggest some good online store for ordering Birthday gifts (mostly cake + champagne/wine) ... covering most of the cities :X:X

I know FNP is good, but i don't have good experience with them.

1) Once money deducted, cake not delivered, refund not provided even after running after them for 1 week
2) Ordered a Champagne for one of my nice friend working @ nice position @ big company, paid 3500+ and they delivered some shit like Sula brand which cost under Rs.800 in local market.
3) last month ordered cake for @ my little bro sonu's birthday and the cake was so cheap quality, full of sugar instead of cream, looks like a dam cheap roadside pastry shop cake

Isnt there any other shop to order, please some nice reputed stores. Since if we order to some close friends we can't confirm the quality of item being delivered as they will always say it EXCELLENT
