PC Peripherals Good Sound card for 5k??

Hey guys. my frnd wants to buy a good sound card.. must be 24bit.. in the range of 4 - 5k...
He wants it for music generally..

I am talking abt the plain audigy 2 ZS not the platinum. Its available for 5k at most shops on lamington rd.

Btw.. whats the diff between Platinum and Plain?

teh platinum comes with extra stuff u dont need like a hardware panel for connecting extra peripherals etc,he can also look at the creative 24 bit card for 1900 which is the cheapest 24 bit card minus ex3 and al lthe hardware features audigy 2 zs can throw in, descent if hez going in jus for music

well i bought audigy2zs for abt 5400/- in december last year.
So now it must be below 5k i guess.
