If you already decided to ONLY GO WITH TREADMILL than go... but if you like to do 10 minutes exercise per day to reduce fat & other toxins in body, than Ramdev Babas show was telecast on ASTHA on 28/11/2009, where all AIMS doctors were presented watch it (video/re-telecast etc. call astha channel).
It's very good to do all 12 steps in 10 minutes as only walking will not burn your fats the level you want to achieve.
