I'm off to 0utfl0wsys now :( will be behind the great firewall of mysore. hope i can get net acess at all there :(

hey will really miss u..dude..specially u r audio tips and guides..u very really of gr88 help...i hope u will able to get some access to the net in Mysore. as even the rural places are gettin net access and internet access is very much imp .in todays world ...bu the way r u going to Infosys ? for work or some training ?

have a good time in there..and do try to be in cntc. with TE.

i knw it feels bad..to leave u r home and stay away from ..family/frnds. and i am quiet sure TE was also a home for u !

yup... was at home waiting for my exam results for 4 months ... TE was pretty much all the fun / society i had. am going for training :) thing is at the campus, they have loads of fast net, but its behind the biggest firewall my friends have ever seen :O. so not sure if i'll be able to check up on TE :(

Dude, don't worry. Got a bunch of friends there at the manager level.. bloody orkuting away all the time. Rest assured, if orkut is accessible there, you shouldn't have an issue with plain old TE :D

IIRC, The firewall is kinda active only during the office hours :P

not sure about the managers, but for the trainees google/orkut and yahoo are blocked during office hours - typically between 9 and 6.

You will easily be able to access TE...they wont block TE for sure.

Only thing is, you may not have enough time..but make it up during the weekends !!

@Masky.. oh, didn't know the 9-6 part. Anyway, as long as it's unblocked later.. stupid GE - permanently blocked.
 
Dont worry mate, I dont think Infy will block TE :) Orkut, Yahoo Mail are blocked at most places including ours. But we have a way of getting around it.

For Yahoo we open calendar.yahoo.com and login from there and then press Ctl + shift + C to go to the Inbox.

For Orkut we go to images.orkut.com and login from there. Then we can browse the site.

I dont know whether this will work for all, but it works for us.

btw, I have a friend at Infy Mysore :)

lastly wish you a long rest (*sleep* :P ) for the next 4 months.
 
arre.... TE n FE n all u wont b able to resist.... :P u think u wont get time to post or be active n all once u get into training or a place where u dont have net access??... naah... no way... even i've not left both even now then how can u... me who doesnt even read half the TE posts ;) me too was saying bye n hi n all last year.. u can search them in the same TE...hihi.... and also training only na... anyways ATB, its heard infy training u hav to be serious.. exams are bit tough... so its better no access to TE/FE.... :P
