For anyone who is doing it for the first time:
Here is how It works:
1) You fill the form
2) Google Rep from Delhi will call you in about 4-5 days.
3) You have to buy ads ( credits as google calls them) worth Rs500 -Rs1500 depending on the ongoing promotion to redeem rs1500 of free advertising money.
4) If you find the deal worth the money , the whole process takes about 2 hours to get your free credits and another 2 hrs to set up your keywords and prepare ads.
5) the guys frm google are pretty cooperative and will guide you through.
