Check parts for repair, I think its for 60$. Also u can check local LG service centre.

He should have said glass back as the back is made of glass.

Thing with glass is its very hard so does not scratch easily but also brittle and easier to shatter.

The glass does scratch. But the good part is that the scratches can't be felt or seen when the screen is on. It can only be seen when you bounce light off the screen when it's off.

Now that N4 is "officially" available in India, OP could try LG service center. Although, I'm very skeptic about LG's services.

Etradesupply looks trustable although costly.
