Following on from their acquisition of Quickoffice back in June last year, Google have finally put their own stamp on the application, offering tight Google Drive integration, dropping the purchase price to zero and offering a limited-time offer of 10GB free extra Google Drive space for 2 years!

Available now from the Play Store and also available for iOS, Quickoffice allows you to edit Microsoft Office documents, spreadsheets and presentations on your Android phone and tablet. It's also a decent PDF viewer!

To grab your free additional drive space, simply sign in to your Google Account from the new Quickoffice app by September 26, 2013. The free space will be added 'in the next few weeks'.

It's actually depreciated, the previous version was better, this seems more like a Google offering which it is, I think we might see it in the next Google build bundled together as other Google apps as well

does anyone know if one signs into the app from the same phone with different accounts will all the accounts get the additional 10gb or is it limited to just the one account per app?

^ IMO the storage is tied up with a/c so if you sign in from 5 different accounts you should get the space boost in all of them
