Android Google Nexus 4 - No sound in calls

After LG Servicing, hearing no voices in calls to and from other people.

I think its not related to mic and speaker, Install viber make a call to check whether they both are working or not.

Speaker as in the call speaker and the mic.

According to google forums,its a problem occuring due to the 4.2.2 update.

But service centre is intent on changing mic plus speaker.

Called him up again, he said there is only pcb problem, replacing it again.

Really don't think why they want to change the speaker and mic, It should be related to the mobo, Have a titan II which has the same problem every thing works perfect but no calls.

When you submit the phone .. they will fill out the report with the condition of the phone. Make sure they write it down clearly and accurately. Double check it.

They said no voice, so replace mic, without diagnosis.

^ I sold my nexus , and the problem is with the PCB,they are replacing it again,free of cost.

The same phone which I sold. Didn't bother to check after pcb replacement.
