Google Releases Source Code Of Android 4.1 Jelly Bean To AOSP

Google has released the source code of its latest version of Android - 4.1 Jelly Bean ato Android Open Source Project ( AOSP ) .

The name of the tagged release is android-4.1.1_r1 and the name of the development branch is jb-dev. The devices for which the binary is being released are Nexus 7 , Galaxy Nexus and soon Nexus S and Motorola Xoon will also get them .

This means that soon u can expect developers to start working on custom ROMs based on the AOSP release for other devices .
