Google's new Nexus devices had already leaked many times, the official launch event which was supposed to take place today was cancelled, but Google has still unveiled the devices officially.
The LG Nexus 4 has been unveiled by Google. It runs latest Android 4.2 , features a 4.7" True IPS Plus display with WXGA 1280x768 resolution and 15:9 aspect ratio.
As rumored, it is powered by 1.5GHz Quad-core Snapdragon S4 Pro chipset along with Adreno 320 GPU. It has 2GB of RAM.
It has a 8MP shooter with Autofocus and LED flash. It has a cool feature called Photo Sphere which is nothing but a 360° Panorama function. There is 1.3MP front camera as well.
The Nexus 4 measures 133.9 x 68.7 x 9.1mm and weighs 139g. It is powered by 2,100 mAh battery promising 15.3 hours of talk time and 390 hours of standby. It also supports wireless charging.
Connectivity features include Wi-Fi a/b/g/n, Bluetooth , HSPA+ (but no LTE) and NFC.
The LG Nexus 4 will be available on Play Store starting November 13. The 8GB unlocked version will cost $299 and the 16GB version will cost $349 .
