So I listed my car for selling on 16 or 17th of Feb and paid for premium listing. After even 3 months it was not sold and according to their policy they have to refund my money.
As I was busy I had a chat with them on 23rd April and the Support guy told me that I need to send them an email asking for the refund which I did. And got a reply that I need to upload my RC along with current day newspaper and my bank acc. details.
I did that yesterday and thought I would get a call or confirmation but I didn't.
Now I tried to chat with them and what I see is that I am unable to login. It says invalid user/password combo.
I clicked on "Forgot Password" tab and entered my id but get this error.
"You cannot regenerate the password for this account."
Tried calling them but no one picked my call. What to do?
Should I talk to akosha team?
