Got duped by cardekho(maybe). What to do?

So I listed my car for selling on 16 or 17th of Feb and paid for premium listing. After even 3 months it was not sold and according to their policy they have to refund my money.
As I was busy I had a chat with them on 23rd April and the Support guy told me that I need to send them an email asking for the refund which I did. And got a reply that I need to upload my RC along with current day newspaper and my bank acc. details.
I did that yesterday and thought I would get a call or confirmation but I didn't.
Now I tried to chat with them and what I see is that I am unable to login. It says invalid user/password combo.
I clicked on "Forgot Password" tab and entered my id but get this error.
"You cannot regenerate the password for this account."

Tried calling them but no one picked my call. What to do?
Should I talk to akosha team?

It could also be a technical glitch. I say wait for a couple more days, try logging in then and see if it works.

Might be. But these guys called me every other day for paying for the premium listing and once I did, the person stopped calling. And when the time came close to being 3 months once again they called to persuade me to extend the time. Even the guy on the chat tried to do so.
Idiots. Never going to deal with them and not recommending to anyone

How did you find me here btw?
And I emailed you guys today. Waiting for the reply. I thought that no operations take place on Sunday on cardekho but was skeptical as I couldn't login or retrieve the password.
