Govt Card..??

Hey I heard there is Govt Prepaid Card,which is sold to Govt employees and the call rates are awesomely low on it...abt 30ps i guess for Airtel..Dnt no the exact details but it is sold in Mantralaya ...
Does anyone know abt it ,then plzz contibute in here...

My friend has a demo card which has the same calling rates as government cards.

30p Mobile to Mobile
60p Mobile to Landline/WLL
And calls to 5 airtel airtel numbers free

Govt. Card available to Govt. Employee only.

Demo card holder need to SOLD at least Rs.1000/2000 talk time every month to any one or need to use himself to getting low rate plan. If fail to do so will terminate the card (may be).

I'm too looking for GOVT. card as all of my GOVT. Employee friends have one except me (i'm not govt. emplyee )

Yup thats true in a demo card you have to use or recharge somebodies mobile with Rs.1000 every month.
If you fail to the rates will change to the normal ones
