yes this when implemented in mumbai. would help in almost doubling the services on both central and western lines.. which should def ease the plight of the people who travel by these trains everyday!!...
In fact even Railtel has been doing gung-ho business. One can see what they've been upto here . Unlike most of the other goverment sites it has been designed quite nicely & is pretty usable.
