Nokia maps for nseries does the basic gps well..

There are other softwares for it to track your path and all..
It will map it to a web site..will prolly need edge network...

Instead of Bring integrated to the phone i am looking for a Dedicated device that can rest on car dash board

OT: any software for sony P1 to have GPS on it ?

You can look for bluetooth Devices..but u will hav to look for specif software then..

No idea abt P1..

Personally i would prefer a phone with GPS..Its one device less to carry around...
