Graphic Cards GPU and SMPS

Guys I was using Nvidia 8400GS+ GPU for the past 2-3 years..... as it is a low config gpu, I got no idea of wat GPU and SPMS to get. My budget is 7k for GPU and 5-6k for SMPS. Please suggest a good one.

My config : Intel i5 (3.1 ghz), 4gb RAM, 500gb HDD.
 
Get CX430V2 for 2.5K + Sapphire 7790 for 10k
If you can get your total budget to 15k get a Zotac 650ti Boost for 12.5k (right?)
 
Get a 7850 1Gb for Rs. 8500(2gb variant costs around 14k) from SMC nehru place.... There is not much difference in performance
Corsair/Seasonic/Cooler Master 600W PSU for around Rs. 4000-4500

lol 7850 for 8.5k ? I'm quite sure you are confusing it with something else

Guys dont search for prices online. Call SMC nehru place or any good dealer. Even I was surprised to hear such a low price. As Im from J&K, I asked a local dealer to get it for me from nehru place so got it for Rs 8800.

^^ there's good reason not to trust MSI at this moment and about the bill - there's no VAT/Tin No. so do you [ @Shahbaz Choudhary ] really think you can claim warranty with this ?
