Budget 0-20k GPU for Apu System

Hi !
My Config
Monitor MSI G241
Amd Ryzen pro4650G
Msi Mag A520M Vector
Ram 8+8 (3200)
Psu Corsair CV550
Case Deepcool Matrexx 30 si

Need some recommendations for a Gpu that complements the above setup.
Some of the games played /playing
Rdr2
Division
Division 2
Sniper ghost warrior/ contacts
Witcher 3
Last of us
far cry 5/6
Watchdogs
Ghost recon breakpoint
Dying light 2
I have managed to play the above games at lower settings with ease , but to push to 1080p need something stronger.
Games like God of war, Valhalla, Horizon Zero Dawn played poorly on my system
My queries
1. Should I go Amd or Nvidia ?
2. I need a card that would fit the above Chasis. ( I think card length should be a max of 25cm)
3. Kindly recommend any dealers too, or online source.
4. Budget around 15k for new but open to resale GPU as well

1. If your purpose is only playing games, then go for AMD as you have better price to performance in your budget. However, this is only for newer gen cards. You could get 2070/2080 in your budget as well that can serve your purpose well.
2. Although not recommended, you could go for OEM cards, it is usually cheaper & is pretty small comparitively.
3. You can post a WTB on here & see what you get.
 
In a budget of around 20k for the new GPU, you can take a look at the RX 6600 which is a good vfm card. If you could raise your budget by 5k then go for 6650XT at 25k.

If you want to go the used route, you can search for a 3060ti which will be around 20-21k with 1-1.5yr warranty.
