Gpu trouble shooting

I have an old card, ati rsdeon hd 7950
no error beep but no display either. Once i installed in a pc with igpu, that time this card would show up in device manager, but not able to get display.
I tried now in my pc, white led stays on _ indicating vga error.
What do i try to make it work.
 
Card was being used, and i was swapping cards on my pc, it stopped working after that. This was like 3 years back. Afterwards i bought a new rx 570 and kept this in storage.
Now i have sold off the rx 570 , waiting for prices to drop before i buy a new card. Need a gpu just for display so i thought let me try booting with this card again. No luck.

Reset the cmos battery from your motherboard. This worked for me when my GTX 1060 wasn't detected becuase up until that time I was using an APU.
