The cash back is NOT given to your credit card but to your paytm wallet. I think you can transfer the wallet money to bank account but that attracts a fee of 2.5% or so.
But you can use the paytm wallet balance to recharge your phone/DTH etc or even buy stuff from paytm.

Depends on seller but it is generally reliable so i would say go for it.
Also beware that for many products they have jacked prices and then they give discount coupon to apply so final price is only little less than market price and only in some cases prices are really very good after discount.

I agree the product shipped depends on seller, but we have no way to find out whether the seller is realy genuine or not. That's where site's reliability comes in to picture regarding its return policies. I'm planning for some home needs item and there is 45% cashback, I guess I'll take a chance.

I returned one power bank and got money back in flat 3 days (after handing over to courier guy). But the money comes in wallet balance and not original form of payment.
 
Guy's please stay clear of PayTM, I was using the PayTM wallet for a payment with ~ 700 bucks(after reducing the actual PayTM wallet) for which I used the Credit card. The amount was deducted from my account but the payment failed. I've been trying to contact PayTM Customer care for well over a month and the PayTM customer care still does not respond to my mails. They keep on sending me the following mail:

"Sorry for the delayed response.
We had a technical problem at our end, which has since been rectified. The issue faced by you has been resolved. In case you are still facing the problem, please do let us know.
Look forward to see you again at PayTM."

I did ask for refund on multiple occasions providing each and every detail about my bank account transaction. I've sent around 15 mails till now and the Customer care does not respond at all.

So BEWARE of PayTM people.
 
Called up the seller just now. He says the phones are out of stock. they will be back in stock in 2-3 days . so am guessing the phones will be shipped this weekend
