I am planing to assemble a gaming pc with a budget of 70K and I would like to know which are the good graphics card that i can buy at the range of 12K - 15K.

I need a good one which can run all the games for the coming 2-3 years

Better to wait for the Kepler mid-range cards to launch, the competition is just heating up.

Op might get his hands on HD7850 or Gtx650ti which will be around 15-18k,op should wait for price to cool off.

Yup, may be you should wait for HD7870 or GTX660Ti, if not then try HD6870 or GTX560Ti both should be below 13k by now.
