Graphics card Buy Advise

Hi,
I am willing to buy a graphics card soon , budget is around 5.5-6.5k. I have shortlisted few please help me in selecting the best card . i am having Black diamond power supply so i guess that will do with these graphics card.
MSI Radeon HD R5670 1GB PCI-E 2.0
BIOSTAR Radeon HD5670 1GB PCI-E 2.0
Sapphire Radeon HD5670 512MB PCI-E 2.0
ATI 5670 1gb/512mb

AMD ATi 4850 1gb/512mb
Sapphire Radeon HD4850 1GB PCI-E 2.0
And please do tell me what other graphics card can be bought within the range mentioned above .
Purpose , is to play games lik PES , NFS , GTA (not necessary on full settings), And TF2.
 
MAn it is better if you go in for a HD 4850 if you don't want to play all the upcoming games then go for HD 4850 or else you want to experience DX 11 go for either

an HD 5670 chip based card or HD 5750 based card if you can slightly stretch your budget

Go for the 4770 if you don't mind missing on Dx 11 otherwise your only option is 5670
