Graphic Cards Graphics card buying in Kolkata

Hi

I am looking for a new graphics card at around 10k. After a lot of research I believe Radeon 6850 is the best card for my budget. The card is available from PrimeABGB at 9.5k and from SMC at 10.1k. However the SMC one is OCed.

I have 2 questions:

1) Which of these two will be better ? Is the OCed version worth the extra money ?
2) I want the card in Kolkata, so do you know any dealer in Kolkata who keeps these cards ? Otherwise I have to order online, so which of Prime and SMC is better for online ordering ?

^ how much is the 6950 2gb from md computers? I am going to kolkata in a couple of weeks time. Might pick one up if the price is good. Here I am getting one for ~15.3-15.5k
 
Get the msi cyclone 6850 it's worth paying extra 1k,you will get better performance and overclocking results than other manufacturers.

Approx 15k all included or less.
 
Thanks for your advice. I finally bought a Sapphire 6850 from MD Computers at 9.5k last week. They didn't have MSI 6850 in stock.
