Graphic Cards Graphics card - Socket 754 support?

Need some Info....... :)

Will HD 3850,3650 AGP card support the 754 socket motherboard?(I think it is a K8S-LA compaq motherboard). All this are 256-bit interface motherboard.
the machine config is

AMD 64 3200+ 2.2GHz
2GB RAM DDR
Asus K8S-La motherboard
I know that 6 series agp card can support it,but apart from that what else can motherboard?
 
Is there can be any issue like of the driver support and CPU issue with those GPU? :(
I heard that the HD3850 AGP is still to release the update driver for complete compatibility.

One more thing that I have the confusion is about the interface. The RAM are DDR3200, 400Hz and the GPU are 256bit interface. Is there any issue with that, GPU might not working in full potential or like that. Actually don't have much knowledge about that?
Any detail info on that is warmly welcomed guies! :)
 
When they say the memory interface on your GPU is 256-bit, it is between the GPU and your Graphics card RAM.

The memory interface between the CPU and your RAM is totally different, and neither will have an effect on the other.

The only link your graphics card has with your system is via the PCI-E/AGP port.
