Graphic Cards graphics card suggestion?

I am looking a graphics card for the below config within 3km,

The purpose is to utilize DVI and HD of my LCD to watch movies and casual gaming.

E5200 2.5GHZ dual core

G31 ES2L gigabyte motherboard

transcend 4GB 800MHZ ram

Zebronics Lal Kila cabby with 450W SMPS

Dell S1909W

can someone suggest a good graphics card within budget?

Sapphire/MSI HD4350 @ 2.4k is best for your needs out there..

4350 won't be enough for even casual gaming on a 19" LCD.You had better go for Geforce 9500GT for around 3.2k or a used 8600GT/7900GS for 2.5k.

Ok I have short listed below

HD4830 -- Will this be sufficent just for HD videos etc
GT9500 HD4670 ( I have to stretch more for these I think)

also currently I have 450W PSU of zebronics which is getting supply from 300W APC UPS.

Do I need to change something for power if I go for any of these?

get a 9500gt and finish things up

get 4670 for 4400 from rahul - later you may need to change your psu - if you have the basic zebronics psu

Get a used 4670 which would be ur best bet considering u have a 19".
And powe wise, nothing to change. Everything is just fine...

it costs like 4.5k and ir is great
it needs very less power too
its better than the 9500 and nearly as good as the 9600
