WTB Graphics Card under 20k

Hello Guys,

I have a gtx 1060 3gb currently, which is not enough for my gaming needs. Looking for a GPU powerful than what I have right now.
Preferable gpus are 1060 6gb, 1070, 1080/ti,1660/1660super/1660ti or anything higher.
Can go a little bit higher if the gpu in question is powerful. Scalping prices will NOT BE ENTERTAINED.

Have a 980ti on the way, if it is bottlenecked by my cpu (which is a bit old) then I'll ping you and we can do an exchange plus cash deal
