Graphic Cards Graphics Card Under 7k

My 9500GT went Kaput yesterday, Using a temporary card..Need to buy a card asap... Please suggest.


Budget - 6-7k
PSU - Gigabyte 460W (similar to FSP saga II 400w i suppose)

Not planning to upgrade the PSU - I was thinking of 5770 or 6770 or somethng in that range

Will it work on gigabyte 460?
 
The highest would be HD6850 that also by risk as too many HDD's will give load on it so it's better to go with HD7750-7.3k OR HD7770-8.5k

And no 550ti, why are you even thinking of going with an older gen card if better options in lesser price are available ?
