One of my relative had a got a sennheiser HD 202 free with her Samsung galaxy grand. She bought it in September last year. A couple of days back the left side of the headphone stops working. I tried twisting the wires to see if it works but it was completely dead. Called sennheiser up and asked them what i needed to bring as a proof of purchase, He said the mobile bill or the box of the headphone. Went to their andheri service center, showed them the proof. The guy over the counter checked the headphone with his phone, concluded that the headphones were indeed faulty, and voila....I got a new pair of headphones. 15 minutes flat!!!
