Monitors Grey horizontal lines on monitor screen | Benq PD2700u

Hi ,

so recently my monitor started showing Grey horizontal lines, mostly on white/bright colour images . It does show on standalone when not connected to the computer, so not a GPU problem . Its out of warranty . its on the whole monitor , cant capture it on camera properly .
any DIY solutions ? couldn't find anything online .

Havent seen lines like these before, the only ones ive seen on my own screens are the solo black lines denoting its impending death.

kind of weird, the grey lines are no more there. its been 2 days.
