How do they help? Can you please explain? Can we claim warranty for any product from them? Sorry if this is something that I should be aware of, I'm a novice in these things.

I had issue with cpu cooler. I contact the respective brand and the brand person asked me to reach out to Acro. Once I went to Acro, they immediately issued a replacement after giving the original bill proving that the item is under warranty. Acro will bill the brand and get reimbursement for the replacement issued. Acro has a warehouse centre 15 kms from my location, I visited directly 6 months before.

I suggest that you get Gskill POC to talk/ send mail to Acro before reaching to Acro directly. During my interaction with them, they mentioned that Acro doesn't do retail sales and they sell to wholesalers.
