GTA IV help!!

I have this problem with GTA IV,everything was running fine until i brough a new dell monitor S2409W, the screen start floating like a paper after some time into the game, any solution for this?
I have an orginal game not pirated,

My specs, ATI 4870 1gb, Q9450@ 3.2Ghz, i play at 1920x1080, @ 58 FPS

should i reinstall the game? any one facing such problem?

Well, the screen if floating from one side to another and coming up front and behind, i am using xbox controller as well.

Do you mean it's wobbly?

I have never heard about this issue in GTA IV. The only issue which is quite similar to the one you mentioned is the "drunk camera" issue. But that too occurs only if it's a pirated copy. Do you face this issue in other games as well or just this?

Only gta iv, crisis 1,2 gow, fear, all work well
 
This is caused after installing update 1.2. install update 1.3 and 1.4 . This should solve the drunken cam problem. Also make sure that there is no other gamepad except Xbox is attached to the pc

i am tried of this update thing........ :@:@

but will try the 1.4

yo jason u dont have to install every patch in order, just install 1.4 and ur good to go.
