Guys Help Needed Bigtime !!!!

Hi,

To keep things short...
The Samsung Service Station in Kalkaji, Delhi has been keeping my 2 day old spica with then for the last 30 days.

Problem with the phone : Accidentally inserted memory card in SIM Slot

Today I called them up to know the status...n they r saying it can take more than 2-3 weeks or maybe even more :@:@ Qouting that the SIM SLOT is not available now and would be shipped from Korea.

This is damn irritating....

Guys...Help Me with this....

I wrote to the samsung india supprt but am yet to hear from them
 
Hmmm...go to the service centre personally and give them a blasting. I don't see how a service centre (whose job is to service and not keep the customer waiting) doesn't have a single spare part of your requirement in India? Is this crazy or what? Give them a blasting.
 
Guys ... I know its funny :|
But coming to the root of the problem can any of you help me with some emails/contact numbers of some senior coustomer service/HR officer
 
hey bro yesterday i gave them the written complaint!!

the whole service centre was like arey baapre marr gaye!!

they said we will give you a new motherboard from a new set in two days!!

i was adamant in getting the complaint registered!!

lets see fingers crossed now
