I am planning to get this ->Bharat Sanchar Nigam Ltd.

Plan: Home 500

Monthly: 500

Speed: 256 Kbps/Upto 2Mbps

Free Download/Upload Limit (GB) per month: 2.5GB

Night Unlimited (0200-0800 Hrs): Yes

Is this available in Mumbai\malad\Near Marve Road ?

What will be the initial costs ?

Option 2: (If BSNL is not an option)

Sify

Monthly Charges 449 + 150 (Maintenance Charges by the local ISP and he wont budge since its his monopoly).

Monthly Usage Limit (Day)- 400MB

Night: Unlimted

Speed: 256kbps

Option3: Suggest me _____

I don't need much during the day since nobody is at home, 500 odd MB would do. Night unlimited preferred. Speed Min: 256kbps. Budget: 650 (Max).
 
even me using the same plan of sify...my CTO charges 100/- per month for maintenace charges..sometimes speeds are very low around 10-15kBps...it happens mostly during night due to umlimited usage..
 
My bro is currently using the following Sify plan in Mumbai\ Goregaon.

Quaterly Charges: 1515 (you cannot buy this plan monthly according to the ISP)

Day Usage: 150MB / day

Night(10PM - 8AM): Unlimited

Speed: 256kbps

Are u talking of FK3M pack for rs1550?this pack is more VFM than earlier one with 400mb day usage as this allows 150mb/day...with night unlimited...:)

For me that will be 1515+150X3 (three months maintenance charges) = That is close to 2k and I don't need 150 / day.
