H.A.W.X 2 Online Gameplay problem

So, me and my friend bought original HAWX 2 just to play online deathmatches. But the issue is :

When i invite him to play and he joins the game i have created, after showing "joining..." for abt 1 mins, He receives a message "This session is no longer available". The same thing is happening with me when he invites me. I am able to connect to other people's game and other persons also got connected to mine. What should i do?

HAWX 2, when played behind a home router or a firewall, may require special configuration to work properly.

An easy way to make HAWX 2 work behind your router is to setup your gaming PC as the DMZ. To learn about how to setup your gaming PC as the DMZ, check your router's documentation.

If you don't want to set your gaming PC as the DMZ, then you'll have to do some special configuration to your router or firewall to make sure all the game's features work properly.

Here are the ports you'll have to open, or forward:

38967 & 3074 ports for online game data

17889 - for LAN session discovery.

I am super noob in all these networking things, can anyone please help me to do these?? Just the simple way to do these things step by step. I have nokia siemens modem from BSNL.
